Postnatal Recovery and Diastasis Recti

One of my specialities is inner core strengthening, fixing diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor health. I have helped (literally!) hundreds of mums with that feeling of disconnect and weakness in their core. I can help you reduce abdominal separation and restore and strengthen your pelvic floor.

You might have had your baby years ago and feel like you never regained your inner strength. Or you have become resigned to not feeling in control of your pelvic floor when you have a cough or sneeze? It’s never too late to fix it! I can help you re-connect with your deep core so that it works as it should: stabilising your spine and your pelvis and working in unison with your pelvic floor.

I take a whole-body approach to restoring core function. What does this mean?  By looking at your ‘whole body’ in order to resolve your symptoms or pain, I often recommend a variety of corrections across your body. These might seem counterintuitive but can include areas such as your breathing, your foot mechanics, position of your pelvis, glute and hips mobility as well as your sitting and standing posture.
