Breath Training

Breathing well will change your life

Effective breathing can provide you with a greater sense of mental clarity and it also helps you sleep better, digest food more efficiently, improves your body’s immune response, and reduces stress levels.

Breathing properly means that you take in more oxygen but did you know that the way you breathing affects how strong you are? In fact, without breathing properly it is impossible to have a core that functions well.

Improving the way that you breathe can help your stress levels, your blood pressure, your sleep (including snoring and sleep apnea), mental clarity, your digestion (including constipation and acid reflux), hayfever, the health and function of your pelvic floor (including prolapse and incontinence), varicose veins and also neck pain and low back pain.

Rachel focuses on proper breathing techniques in her private therapy appointments.
