During the programme, by focusing on concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow, you will move your joints to their full range, improving your strength and flexibility. You will also learn how to improve your habitual movements to live dynamically and age better.
The course consists of five one-hour interactive sessions with me, and I will provide support and advice at each session in real-time. The course will help and improve your ability to:
- stand without back pain
- walk without knee or hip pain
- breathe while using your abdominals
- avoid overusing your neck
- feel more energised and better in your whole body
- put function back into your pelvic floor
- get up and down from the floor without straining your back.
Included in the price is access to recordings of all of the sessions for 6 weeks.
