This online course starts on Monday 19th April and is ideal for anyone wanting to build on their basic experience of Pilates.

In this class you will learn how to:

  • improve your standing and sitting posture
  • walk better without overusing your knees
  • practise effective core muscle activation
  • break habitual movement patterns for better muscle balance
  • sit down and stand up safely and in a way that makes you stronger
  • improve your foot function

During the programme, by focusing on concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow, you will move your joints to their full range, improving your strength and flexibility. You will also learn how to improve your habitual movements to live dynamically and age better.

The course consists of five one-hour interactive sessions with me, and I will provide support and advice at each session in real-time. The course will help and improve your ability to:

  • stand without back pain
  • walk without knee or hip pain
  • breathe while using your abdominals
  • avoid overusing your neck
  • feel more energised and better in your whole body
  • put function back into your pelvic floor
  • get up and down from the floor without straining your back.

Included in the price is access to recordings of all of the sessions for 6 weeks.
