Everyone who attends a termly mat class, workshop or studio session fills in a registration form. This asks you for name, address and phone-numbers and has a large health information section. It also asks you to agree to a list of terms and conditions.

Registration forms are stored as paper copies in a locked filing cabinet. Only Rachel Tyler has access to the locked filing cabinet and to the electronically stored copies.
Rachel Tyler does not discuss teaching you or any details of your health with anyone. None of your information is passed to a third party unless under your explicit consent to release details.
