Group pilates classes
Rachel’s popular Pilates classes are unlike any others.
Rachel draws on her extensive training in biomechanics and wealth of knowledge about the body as well as many years as a movement therapist to bring classes that are varied and fun and functional.
The aim of each of my Pilates classes is to restore the natural strength and alignment of the body – helping you to feel better and move with ease.
Classes are designed to fit each individual’s need and take place in a peaceful, supportive and positive environment. These classes will increase your muscle tone, strength and mobility. All levels of fitness and ability are welcome at any of my group Pilates classes.
My Pilates group classes are booked in courses, typically in blocks of 6 or 7 weeks. Classes are priced at £11.
If you can’t make every class in the block you can make up missed classes at any of the other class times during the same term dates.

Private individual and small group pilates
These are bespoke classes designed specifically around an individual or small group (up to 4) in my private studio in Merton Park near Wimbledon.
If you can’t make my group classes, or want an environment or class designed for your particular needs you are welcome to join me at my movement studio in Merton Park.
Pilates on demand
Take advantage of the range of Pilates classes available to download and yours to keep.
These range from a set of ‘Quickies’ – 15 minute mini sessions designed for the small breaks in the day, to full hour-long Pilates workouts.
