Group Pilates Classes
All levels of fitness and ability are welcome at any of my group Pilates classes.
The aim of Rachel’s Pilates is to restore the natural strength and alignment of the body. moving all your body parts in all ways your. Rachel’s classes are designed to fit each individual’s need in a peaceful, supportive and positive environment and aim to increase your muscle tone, strength and mobility.
Rachel’s Pilates group classes are booked in courses, typically in blocks of 10 to 12 weeks. Classes are priced at £11.
